What's the company's management style like?

- What's the company's management style like at Clarity? I would say that Clarity's management style is really based around participation and input. There's very much this open door policy where ideas can be shared and where multiple teams can collaborate. Clarity is very open with regards to interacting with different lines of leadership. So if you need something from product, you can speak to the management team there. If you need to speak to League or you can speak to them there as well. So everybody works with each other and it's a very, very open management style we've got. Clarity management also encourage growth and development. There's plenty of opportunity with Clarity to transition into other roles and progress your career. If I look at myself, I started at Clarity in the channel team, heading up the channel alliances for Australia and New Zealand. And more recently in the last 12 months, I've managed to progress my career moving into a sales director role managing our healthcare portfolio for Australia and New Zealand. And our management can be fun as well. And that's evidence for our wellbeing events. So if you're lucky enough to attend one of our wellness events, which we run, the management team can be super fun. So yeah, we've got a great management team here.
